Rhea Central Elementary
This week we recognize Connie Hartzell, special needs teacher at Rhea Central Elementary. Her ability to teach kids that have been labeled "lost causes" has been called "miraculous". She helps students work beyond their disabilities, and gives them opportunites in Special Olympics to discover their abilities to leap life's hurdles.
