Newschannel 9's Investigative Team is en route right now to Atlanta to retrieve a secret recording of Judge Kristina Cook Graham. Judge Cook Graham, the daughter of renowned attorney Bobby Lee Cook, was irate after her name came up in a drug investigation. The GBI director, Vernon Keenan, says in his complaint to the Judicial Qualifications Commission wrote Judge Graham wasn't a target nor is there any indication of involvement by her in this drug investigation. But Keenan was upset with Judge Graham's verbal tirade on his agents and said she "impugned the integrity" of one in particular. That agent, Del Thomasson, was the last to meet with Judge Graham in her chambers back in late February. And agent Thomasson was wearing a wire. By employing the Open Records Rule, our Investigative Team is going through the steps of securing that profanity laced secret recording.
