Two Gang Members Sentenced to Years in Prison
Two members of known gangs in Chattanooga according to police were sentenced to a total of 11 years and ten months.
Marlon Eberhardt was arrested in April 2008 in a gang round-up. Police say he is a member of the Vice Lords. He admitted to having a gun while being a convicted felon. Federal Court Judge Allen Edgar gave him four years and nine months in jail and three years on supervised release.
Tymetric Graham, also known as Bloc Burner, is a member of the Rollin 60 Crips. He also admitted to having a gun as well as having ammunition while being a convicted felon.
Graham got seven years and one month in jail and three years on supervised release.
Both have to pay a $100 special assessment.
