Rosa White says Goodine stopped her son and his friend, who had marijuana on him, last July. She says Goodine counted out 740 dollars he took from both of them. White said, "In person as he was counting the money he assured me, he was like, 'Frank's down there (in jail) going off, he's thinking, I'm going to take his money.' He said but I am not going to take his money. I'm going to take it down to property." But she says Goodine never gave her receipt and they haven't seen the money since.
