Woman Accused of Shooting Ex Appears in Court

A woman who's accused of shooting her ex-husband appears before a Hamilton County Judge. Police say Tina Loher drove to her ex, Terrance Loher's office, on Signal Mountain this summer and shot him in the groin.
Detectives say the couple's two children were outside the office at the time. Loher is facing an attempted murder charge and two counts of reckless endangerment. So far, Loher has not entered a plea in the case.
Her court date was reset for December 15th while they try to reach a settlement.
