The district attorney's office will decide if a suspected meth maker's case will go to the grand jury in the death of Alan Meeks.
Emergency workers found his body inside a Tracy City mobile home two Saturday's ago after it exploded.
Detectives also found about 40 meth making ingredients. The people who sped away after the explosion have been questioned, but not arrested. Sheriff Brent Myers says the case will be turned over to the District Attorney's Office which will then decide if it will present the case to the grand jury next week.
