Mullet Man Indicted

A McMinn County grand jury has indicted a career criminal on two counts of attempted carjacking..

Police say Lloyd Powell was wearing a mullet wig and a baseball cap when he tried to disguise himself from officers..

He was wanted for several thefts and burglaries..

When officers spotted Powell, he took off running, and tried to carjack two people, but they refused to give up their cars..

This is the same man who parked a van over underground tanks at gas stations, and siphoned the fuel out into a homemade tank..
