Our black/white lab mix has been lost for over a month - please help bring Ozzy home!

Ozzy was an indoor dog but wore a green anti-bark collar b/c of neighbor complaints while we were at work. He is black with white on his muzzle, chest, and paws. He is about 60 lbs and was lost in the Ooltewah/Collegedale area.
