Charges Dismissed Against Red Bank Vice Mayor

The charge of Burglary of an Auto that Red Bank Vice Mayor was facing has been dropped in Hamilton County Sessions Court.

Monty Millard was arrested for a domestic issue with his wife.  He was arrested in July outside a restaurant when police said he tried to break into his soon to be ex-wife's car while she was eating there.  Today Judge Clarence Shattuck agreed to dismiss the charge.

Last March, charges of aggravated criminal trespass and leaving the scene of an accident were dismissed against Millard.
   That incident was also related to his estranged wife.    After that case, the court did order him to stay away her.
