As NewsChannel 9 waits to hear from the Georgia Division of Public Health regarding what some are calling a cancer cluster in the Dalton, Georgia area, we've learned about another case of Glioblastoma.
A woman says her 59 year old father was diagnosed with the rare brain cancer, and says he died last year. She says her father was a truck driver who, for at least 25 years, hauled chemicals for various companies in the Dalton area. She says he drove the chemicals to plants throughout the Southeast.
Georgia's Division of Public Health has been looking into the cancer cases. You can depend on us to let you know what their report finds as soon as it's released.
