The Tennessee Aquarium's sustainable seafood program, called Serve & Protect, helps us better understand how what we eat can help our oceans. The Aquarium has partnered with several Chattanooga restaurants on this long-term program.

John will be one of the Chefs preparing the elegant seafood dinner at the Tennessee Aquarium's Serve & Protect event on September 13th with Food Network star Alton Brown.
On September 13th, celebrity Chef Alton Brown will be at the IMAX Theater and Tennessee Aquarium for TWO events this year. Alton Brown will entertain and inform during a midday lunch cooking demonstration at 11am. He will also present an evening cooking demonstration followed by an elegant seafood dinner at the Aquarium. That event begins at 5:30 pm.
