Teen Murder Rape Case In Court
Comments 0 | Recommend 0The 14 year old accused of raping and murdering three year old Gracie Ann Trentham is in court right now. The Juvenile Court is watching his 90 minute interrogation with a Hamilton County detective. Our request for a camera in the courtroom was denied, but we are following this case as it unfolds. We will have more details, including how the judge ruled on the Miranda rights administered to the teenager. Detectives say the rape led to internal damage that killed the petite girl back in April.
