NewsChannel 9 Prepares for Fall Premiers

It begins with a UFO special on September 16th, the season premiere of 20/20 on September 19th, and coverage of the first of three Presidential Debates on September 26th.
ABC has programmed a number of exciting specials this month including "Stand Up to Cancer," "Alma Awards," a David Blaine Special and the People magazine weight loss challenge.
Last but far from least, Premiere Week kicks off on Sunday, September 21st with the "2008 Primetime Emmy Awards," followed by our three night "Dancing with the Stars" event, the debut of "Opportunity Knocks," and the exciting return of ABC's hit series ("Boston Legal," "Ugly Betty," "Grey's Anatomy," "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," "Desperate Housewives," "Brothers and Sisters").
