Tracy City Alderman Dies

Tracy City Alderman and businessman Robin Geary died of a heart attack Wednesday.  

According to city hall, he had served two terms after being elected in 2006 and again in 2008.  He is on the ballot for Tracy City mayor in the upcoming election.

 Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. tomorrow at Foster & Lay Funeral Hom in Tracy City.

The funeral is Saturday 2 p.m.

According to the elections supervisor, if Geary were to earn enough votes in the upcoming election, the office would be declared vacant and the city council would appoint a mayor.
