Auto Auction Accident Victims

Dozens of people were hurt Tuesday night at the Blue Ridge Auto Auction in Ellijay. Preliminary reports show an accelerator got stuck on a Volvo.

Here are the names of the victims transported from the crash scene in Gilmer County:

Joe Fain, 71 - airlifted to Atlanta Medical Center

Brad Laney, 76 – airlifted to North Fulton Medical Center

David Gibson, 31, Hazel, NC – airlifted to Erlanger

Raymond Satterfield, 68, Dalton – airlifted to Erlanger

Taken to North Georgia Medical Center in Gilmer County:

Kenneth Porter, 53, Marietta

Donald Garcia, 30, East Ellijay

Antonio Ayalya, 50, Chatsworth

William Rymer, 57, Benton, TN

Taken to Fannin Regional Medical Center:

Duke Collins, 72

John Jones, 35

Donald Doss, 59

Tiffany Alvarado, 17

Tchalk West, 44

Kathy Cottrell, 70

Pedro Garcia, 19

Taken to Hamilton Medical Center:

Duncan Jones, 50
