Body Found in Murphy

Authorities in Cherokee County are investigating the discovery of a body along Murphy's Riverwalk on Sunday.
The body has been identified as 22-year-old Kevin Anthony Rugg.
Police say, about 10:30 Sunday Morning, three fisherman discovered the body below the Riverwalk next to a footbridge behind the Murphy School of Dance on Tennessee Street.
T-V-A police have ruled the death a drowning, but are checking to see whether the death was an accident, or intentional.
