Bradley County Sheriff's deputies were called to 6660 Waterlevel Highway Saturday night to investigate an armed robbery at a gathering of 15 to 20 individuals.
Department spokesperson Bob Gault said, "Preliminary information provided to the 9-1-1 Communications Center included descriptions of three vehicles that had possible involvement in the incident. While deputies from the Patrol and Criminal Investigations Divisions were responding they were able to locate all three vehicles."
Gault said the initial call of an armed robbery of a person did not happen, but there had been an altercation that left two people injured. A witness, who was one of the victims of the assault, told deputies he saw a number of people in the parking lot of his business. When he went to investigate, three men jumped him and one pointed a gun in his direction and fired the weapon.
Michael Anthony Gregg, 20, of Hidden Forest Drive, Deontray Blair, 19, of Bradley Lane in Georgetown, and Gerald D. Taylor, 22, of Springplace Road, were taken into custody and charged with reckless endangerment and aggravated assault.
They were held in jail without bond until arraignment on Monday in General Sessions Court.
