New Company Takes Over Bradley Square Mall
Urban Retail Properties, LLC has been awarded the contract to provide management and leasing services for Bradley Square Mall effective immediately.
Bradley Square Mall is a one-level enclosed shopping center anchored by Belk, JCPenney, Kmart, and Sears and also offers such tenants as Aeropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Bath & Body Works, Claire's, Finish Line, GameStop, and Kay Jewelers. Cleveland, Tennessee is home to two colleges, Lee University and Cleveland State Community College. In 2007, Cleveland was ranked as one of the 50 best places to raise a family according to BusinessWeek.com.
Urban Retail brings to Bradley Square Mall more than 37 years of industry experience in leasing, management, development and marketing services. Urban is an expert in the third-party management business having worked closely with over 60 clients in all market sizes over the years.
