Public Corruption Sentence

The former co-owner of a bonding company gets community service and probation for his role in a public corruption case.
Gary Michael Brock was convicted three years ago of bribing former deputy court clerk Scott Simcox..
The Hamilton County Criminal Court Clerk says Brock have have to serve 40 days of community service, followed by 11 months and 29 days of house arrest..
His brother, Jerry Brock, will be sentenced later.
