Atlanta Bus Crash Lawsuit
The mother of a college baseball player killed in his team's bus crash wants to know what really happened.
She's filed a lawsuit stemming from the Atlanta interstate crash that killed her 19-year-old son, along with six other people.
Geneva Williams is suing Bluffton University, the city of Atlanta, the company that made the bus, and the company that provided the bus and drivers for the Bluffton baseball team.
The bus was carrying the Ohio school's players to a tournament when it crashed after traveling up a left-lane exit ramp that feeds onto an interstate bridge over Atlanta. The bus went off the bridge and plunged to the interstate below.
