Mike Price, the Mayor of Tracy City in Grundy County, Tenn. has died.

According to sources, Price suffered a heart attack Thursday evening while loading some tires and junk at the old Grundy County High School.

Price's body has been taken for an autopsy however a spokesperson for the TBI says no investigation is underway and there is no reason to suspect foul play.

Price was 56 years old and is survived by his wife and a 24-year-old son.

Arrangements are being handled by Foster & Lay Funeral Home in Tracy City. Visitation will be Saturday afternoon with the funeral at 3 pm Sunday.
