Polk County detectives are investigating a murder that happened there Friday night.

Dispatchers tell us they responded to a call that a man had been shot in the Delano Community at around 10:30 last night. Steven Gargala, 47, was found dead when police arrived.

Police have charged Clayton Pike Junior with First Degree Murder

The incident remains under investigation.
