Accused Child Molester

A North Alabama man is jailed in Dade County, Ga., accused of child molestation and pornography. Detective Nathan Lee with the Dade County Sheriff's office says that Van Edward Cain, 38, was arrested on May 5th.
He is charged with criminal attempt, child molestation, computer pornography and criminal attempt of sodomy.
According to the booking report, Cain lives in Scottsboro, AL. He's in the Dade Jail with no bond.
Det. Lee is part of the Northwest Georgia Innocent Images Task Force. Members include The Dalton PD, Rossville PD, FBI, Whitfield Co Sheriff's office, Catoosa Co. SO and Dade.
