*Cumberland County schools are on a 2-hour delay.

*Federal Court in Chattanooga is opening at 9 a-m.

*Lee University is also delaying until 9 this morning.

*A busted transformer has closed schools in Rhea County for today.

*Harvest Christian Academy for the Deaf is closed.

*In Jackson county, Alabama, schools are delayed for 2 hours, EXCEPT for schools in Pisgah and Rosa Lee.. schools in those Jackson County communities are CLOSED for the day.
