A former student at East Ridge High School who was charged with assault when police say he inappropriately touched three 17-year-old girls will not got to jail and have record expunged if he stays out of trouble.
Michael Linam, 19, was arrested last October after police say he was responsible for five seperate incidents at the school.  The three 17-year-olds told investigators Linam touched them in an inappropriate sexual way.  Police said they were classmates of Linam.
Linam must not get another violation for the next eleven months and 29 days in order to have his record wiped clean.
