Dog Wins Ugliest Title

As far as contests go, this one goes to the dogs.

Rascal, a seven-year-old African sand dog, won the title at the 15th annual ugly dog contest in Del Mar, California.
Rascal has made history, holding the most "ugliest dog" titles at one time, what an accomplishment.

That wasn't the only category in this weekend's show, there were also winners for cutest, most unusual, and best costume.
