One Arrest Following Drug Sweep at Bradley Central

A drug sweep at Bradley Central High School on Friday resulted in one arrest on drug charges.

The planned, but unannounced search, included 17 officers and six drug dogs with the Bradley Co. Sheriff's dept. and the Drug Task Force.

The dogs alerted on two vehicles in the school parking lot, resulting in one arrest when the search of one of the vehicles yielded a small amount of marijuana.

Johnny McDaniel, Director of Schools, said, "Bradley County Schools is committed to providing a safe, drug-free environment for all our students."
