Schools For Sale

Hamilton County is trying to make some money by putting two schools on the market.
According to the county's website, East Lake Elementary and Bakewell Elementary schools are for sale.
Each school will be sold as is.
The old East Lake Elementary is located at 3700 13th Avenue.
It sits on nearly three acres of land and is approximately 58,300 square feet.
Bakewell Elementary is located at 1419 McCallie Ferry Road in Soddy Daisy.
It sits on approximately 2 and half acres and includes buildings of approximately five thousand square feet.
