Former Chattanooga Police Officer Facing New Charges

Former Chattanooga Police officer Chad Bradley is facing new statutory rape charges. Bradley was initially facing one count each of aggravated statutory rape and tampering with evidence.   But, the Grand Jury has added four similar charges, making it a total of six counts against him.

A 17-year-old girl testified that Bradley approached her downtown one night while he was in uniform. She says they exchanged phone numbers and started texting.

The next day, she says they met up and had sex. The victim testified that for several months, the 35 year old officer brought her to various places where they had sex while he was on the clock. Bradley was arrested last September and fired in November
