The Craniofacial Foundation of America, resident of Chattanooga Erlanger Medical Systems, is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of patients with facial differences. The foundation offers a variety of services to patients, their families, the public and to health care professionals. Services provided include coverage of non-medical expenses, support services and educational resources.
The Terri Farmer Service Award was initially presented to Terri Farmer in 2009 for her 15 years of dedication to the CFA. As an honor to those who have followed in her steps, the CFA Board of Directors chooses a recipient each year to honor for their outstanding service to the organization.
“Ms. Davies was chosen as the recipient of the Terri Farmer Service Award for exemplifying dedication, compassion and willingness to make the differences in the lives of these children. These are the same traits that Terri Farmer gave to our patients and their families for 15 years,” Terry Smyth, Executive Director of the CFA, said.
The award will be displayed at the Living Arts Gallery at Loose Cannon Studios during this year’s Palate 2 Palette set for April 14. The annual Palate 2 Palette event is a fundraiser for the CFA held in Chattanooga’s Southside. The funds raised benefit the foundation and its mission.
