Funeral Held for Teen Killed in Six Flags Accident

A South Carolina teenager who was decapitated by a roller coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia was remembered at a funeral service over the weekend.

Family and friends held the funeral for 17-year-old Asia LeeShawn Ferguson Saturday at Oakey Spring Baptist Church in Springfield, South Carolina.

Police say Ferguson scaled two fences and wandered into a restricted area where he was struck by the Batman ride.

State officials reopened the ride Wednesday, after a complete inspection.
