Halloween Shooting Victims Identified

Catoosa County Sheriff Phil Summers has released the identities of two people shot Halloween night at 1610 E. Stateline Road.

Lisa Dianne Hagan, 45, was shot and killed.

Scott Lamar Snodgrass, 39, suffered a single gunshot to the arm.

Terry Lynn Hagan, 46, of Rossville has been charged in the case. He is Lisa Hagan's estranged husband.

Hagan remains jailed at the Catoosa County Detention Center, charged with murder and aggravated assault. No bond has been set.
