We all want to eat healthy, or at least try to. Everyone's number one dietary goal should be "eat healthy," but there are five things in particular that doctors say are a necessity for women.
So, when you're filling up your grocery cart experts say there are five "super foods" you should always have on your shopping list. Oatmeal, yogurt, blueberries, red beans and broccoli are all considered super foods for women. Dieticians suggest adding these foods to an already healthy diet for the biggest benefit.
