Cleveland Student to be featured on CNN Larry King Live
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Cleveland High School rising senior Kaylee Radzyminski is scheduled to be on Larry King Live tonight, Thursday, May 22, 2008.
Kaylee will be featured in the "CNN Heroes" segment of the program which airs between 9:00-10:00 PM.
Kaylee is the founder of the Tunes 4 Troops program that has sent thousands of CDs and DVDs to our troops across the world. She was just recently the named one of the nation's top ten youth volunteers for 2008 during a special ceremony on Monday, May 5, at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C. She was selected from close to 20,000 youth volunteers across America for the 13th annual The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards.
Kaylee received $5,000, a gold medallion, crystal trophy and a $5,000 grant from The Prudential Foundation for a charity of her choice.
Her goal is to gather half a million CD's, DVD's, and books on CD by Christmas of 2008 and get them to the men and women serving our country all around the world.
