Two Men Found Guilty of Gang Retaliation Murder

Friday afternoon a Hamilton County Criminal Jury found Michael Daniels and Timothy Evans guilty of murder and conspiracy for murder in the death of 26-year-old Adrian Patton.

Back in June of 2006, prosecutors say Daniels ordered Evans to shoot Patton because Daniels believed he was responsible for his sisters house being shot.

Daniels was facing an unlawful weapons charge but was found not guilty.

Fourteen uniform officers were in the court as the verdict was being read.
