Gang Retaliation Murder Trial Scheduled to Begin

Two men charged in what police call a gang-retaliation murder are scheduled to appear in court Monday

22-year-old Quanan Hutchinson already pled guilty to facilitation to commit second degree murder for the June 2006 killing of Jermaine Southers in Chattanooga's East Lake Courts..

Hutchinson is expected to be sentenced tomorrow.

23-year-old Labrandit Williams is also charged in the shooting, and he is taking his case before a jury. The trial was scheduled for last week, but pushed back until Monday.

Williams faces numerous charges including first degree murder and aggravated assault.
