Aircraft Charter Service Offering Cheap Flights
Flying out of Chattanooga just got a little cheaper. A new company is offering a more convenient was to travel that eliminates standing in line at the airport. HessJet is operating out of the Collegedale Municipal Airport and says their fares are cheaper than large air lines and there's no waiting in lines. The owner, Terry Hess, says this will be especially handy for businesses looking for quick, one day trips.
"What we offer is direct transportation to your destination. So, from Chattanooga, we can fly you directly, say to Hilton Head, for example one hour forty minutes to get there. An airline would probably take you 5, 6 hours," said Hess, also the pilot of HessJet.
Hess has been a pilot for 18 years and has over 7,000 hours of airline flying. Hess says they can take up to 3 passengers per flight and travel anywhere in the eastern part of the US. HessJet also provides clients with the flight training, aero tours, urgent cargo transportation and aircraft management and maintenance.
