Lt. Kim Noorbergen with Chattanooga Police tells us, Chattanooga Police Homicide Investigators are investigating a early morning shooting on 14th Street Court. Noorbergen says when police arrived on the scene they found Dominique Webb with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to Erlanger where he underwent surgery and is listed in ICU Critical. Chattanooga Police say, they are looking for the shooter.
