TBI to Investigate South Pittsburg Murder

One person is dead after a shooting in South Pittsburg.
Police say the 44 year old man was shot in the back with a small caliber weapon on Oak Street Tuesday.
According to the chief of police, the victim died from his injuries.
Police do have a suspect is in custody.
The T-B-I has been called in to help with the investigation.
