Comments 0 | Recommend 0A former employee of a Polk County, Tennessee car dealership has entered a plea agreement in a federal case.
We're talking about Albert Powell who once worked for Ducktown Dodge as the company's finance manager.
According to court records, Powell admits he created false tax returns, pay stubs and other documents on loan applications.
The plea agreement also says Powell was instructed to do so by the owner, Erik Brucker.
Powell could be fine, imprisoned...or both as a result of the plea agreement. The fine itself could reach one million dollars.
