Internal Affairs agents with the Tennessee Department of Correction have arrested a Chattanooga woman suspected of smuggling loaded guns into a Tennessee prison.

Tiara Monique Ward, 27, is charged with Introduction of Contraband into a Penal Facility. She is being held at the Morgan County Jail.

Investigators say they discovered two weapons inside a package delivered to the Morgan County Correctional Complex on September 17, 2008. Their investigation showed Ward mailed the loaded guns to the Wartburg prison after hiding them inside a box filled with board games and books.

A spokesperson said the investigation is ongoing and more arrests could come.
