Man Out on Bond, Arrested for Rape Again

Nicholas Jerome Sims of DeKalb County, Ala. faces rape charges, accused of raping a woman hired to clean his home.
DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris said his deputies were called to Marshall Medical Center South on Monday where a 24-year-old woman reported a rape.
She said the assault and rape happened at a home off County Road 104... a home she had been hired to clean.
Sheriif Harris said following an investigation, Sims, 29, was charged with 1st Degree Rape.
He is jailed on a $40,000 bond.
Investigators also received notice from Etowah County authorities to put a "a hold" on Sims because he is out on bond, awaiting trial in Etowah County, also on charges of 1st Degree Rape.
