Police Look for Former East Ridge Water Park Developer
From an e-mail sent to us by the East Ridge Police Department:
"On May 7, 2009 detectives with the East Ridge Police Criminal Investigations Division have obtained a felony arrest warrant for David A. Mayes a 50 year old (DOB 02/19/1959) black male of Harrison, TN. Mr. Mayes is accused of writing a worthless check in the amount of $34,000 to a business partner while developing the purposed Splash Valley water park.
The East Ridge Police Fugitive Division is currently searching for Mr. Mayes. Authorities are asking anyone with information in connection to Mr. Mayes whereabouts to call the East Ridge Police Department at 423-867-3720. A confidential tip line is also available at 423-867-0016."
