Update: Arrest Thanks to Local Media

Developing news out of Hamilton County to tell you about tonight. A man has been arrested in connection with a string of car break-ins in the Lakesite community.

NewsChannel 9 ran ran surveillance video taken from a Soddy Daisy pawn shop. Investigators say because this video was shown to the public, they were able to make an arrest in this case. 28 year old Jimmie Dean Roy is facing several charges tonight. Investigators were also able to recover a large amount of property inside a residence on Signal Mountain.

Police say the suspect took electronic equipment, purses, a set of golf clubs, and a rifle. We are told more arrests could be on the way.
