Update: New Information in Teen's Murder

Police tell us there are still a lot of question marks in connection with last night's shooting.
Initially they thought the shooting occurred near Brainerd Rd. Now we're hearing it happened somewhere in the County's jurisdiction. We do know that the two victims we're brought to Erlanger around two this morning - the sixteen year old died and the nineteen year old is in critical condition.
Police arrive to the 5600 block of Brainerd Rd. shortly after this morning's shooting that killed sixteen year old Isaac Robinson and left nineteen year old Michael Shadden in critical condition. But even with two victims Police tell us they're struggling to find a crime scene.
"Trying to put the pieces together until we locate that crime scene then we're going to have a big hole in the story," Sgt. Kim Noorbergen with the Chattanooga Police Department says.
Police tell us that Robinson and Shadden were dropped off on arrowhead and actually walked the street for an hour or two before they ran in to two black males.
"The nineteen year old said there was potential drug transaction and shortly there after they both were shot," Lt. Tim Carroll says.
Lt. Carroll says the suspects shot Robinson a number of times.
"Chest, through and through which is probably the fatal injury and to his head and face, thigh and right shoulder, so he had multiple gun shots," Carroll says.
But Carroll says both men say they managed to run to Brainerd Rd. near a Krispy Kreme and then stopped a car that took them to the hospital, where Robinson later died.
"Of course this is a kid, sixteen year old that's now dead, it's concerning, we've got young people being shot and killed," Carroll says.
Robinson attended Central High School. School officials did not want to go on camera today but tell us they brought ten counselors in to help the students cope with the murder.
Shadden's myspace page says he's expecting a baby. The page also says "I'm gangsta" and flashes money.
And now with one teenager dead and another clinging to life, Sgt. Noorbergen says it's the parents who need to step up.
"Know where your kids are at know what they're doing," Noorbergen says. "The way we look at it what's a sixteen year old doing out at one in the morning?"
