Home Invasion Forces School Lockdown

This morning shortly after 11:00 two men entered a home in the Emerald Valley Subdivision off East Brainerd. The owner was bound and an undisclosed amount of property and money were taken. No one was injured during the incident.
Due to the close proximity of Westview Elementary School the administration placed that school on lockdown status until it was determined that there was no danger.
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Dept. Criminal Investigation Division is conducting the investigation at this time.
