Sexual Assault Arrest
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were called to a home on Highway 60 near Birchwood Tuesday night around 7:30 on a possible sexual assault.
Detective Ric Whaley interviewed the reported 8-year-old victim and her mother.
As a result Det. Whaley arrested William Bowman, 32. He is charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery and is being held on a $45,000 bond.
The family of the victim is being assisted by the Children’s Advocacy Center and Child Protective Services.
The criminal investigation is continuing.
