Child Rape Arrest
Comments 0 | Recommend 0The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive division arrested David Blevins, 58, on Monday after receiving indictments from Sullivan County, Tenn. for three counts of Child Rape.
Blevins was located by Fugitive detectives at 6320 Hixson Pike, Big Ridge Apartments. He was taken to the Hamilton County Jail for processing and will be picked up by Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday.
Blevins also faces a December 4, 2009 court date here in Hamilton County on seven counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery.
