According to the Georgia State Patrol, State Court Judge Carlton Vines was arrested in November of 2007 for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
The police report describes officers pulling bottles of alcohol out of Vine's car and questioning him. This week the dash cam video of the arrest was released by the Georgia State Patrol.

Vines was the State Court Judge in Chattooga County and presided over all traffic violations and DUI arrests.
Since the arrest Vines has plead guilty and spent three nights in the Chattooga County Jail. According to Chattooga County Sherriff's office, Vines paid fines, did community service and was placed on house arrest.
