Man Arrested For Exposing Himself at School Playground
Terry Beason faces charges of Indecent Exposure and Observation without Consent after allegedly exposing himself to a six-year-old child at the Falling Water Elementary School playground.
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office received the complaint on March 21. Detective Mike Cox conducted the investigation and said utilizing the Sex Offender Registry, he developed suspect information.
The detective presented the child with a photo lineup and Beason was identified as the suspect.
He was arrested and is being held at the Hamilton County Jail. The investigation is continuing.
According to the TBI Sexual Offender web page, Beason was previously convicted of Attempted Rape of a Child in 1999. His home address is listed as 411 Jackson Rd., Hixson, Tenn. and he last reported in to authorities on March 4.
